The National Center for College and Career Transitions, or NC3T, has developed a step-by-step approach to planning and implementing an effective and sustainable Pathways System that prepares students for college, career, and life. NC3T skillfully guides Pathways Partnerships throughout the entire process by providing ongoing technical assistance, proven resources and tools, expert coaching, and key meeting planning and facilitation.
